In Donetsk region, police establish circumstances of shrapnel wound of local resident
According to preliminary data, the man received bodily injuries during the shelling of the city of Krasnogorovka. The victim is currently in hospital. In fact, criminal proceedings have been opened.
A report of a shrapnel wound of a 56-year-old local resident came to the Kurakhovo police today, August 05, around 07.10.
It was established that the man received multiple bodily injuries as a result of shelling while in his own apartment. The victim's home was also damaged.
The man was hospitalized in Kurakhovo hospital.
The full circumstances and extent of the damage are established.
In fact, criminal proceedings were opened under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of the laws and customs of war). The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for a term of eight to twelve years.
