In Donetsk region, the police are investigating the fact of throwing ballots

Violations were detected at one of the polling stations in the city of Mirnograd. The police are investigating all the circumstances of the incident.
The police received a message from an observer that at the polling station, the chairman of the election commission threw an unknown number of ballots into the ballot box.
According to this fact, criminal proceedings were opened under Part 3 of Art. 158-1 “Illegal submission of a ballot paper or ballot for voting in a referendum to the ballot box by a member of the election commission or a member of the referendum commission” of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Within the framework of open criminal proceedings, the police find out all the circumstances of the incident.
