On the basis of the International Center of the National Guard, a meeting with young lieutenants of the Northern Union and parts of direct subordination began
Over the course of the week, more than two hundred young officers who have just received their primary officer rank will hone their combat skills and learn how to work with the unit's personnel. They are waiting for classes in tactical and fire training, military medicine and “team building”.
“Officers who arrived at the meeting will practically take part in a large number of classes in order to qualitatively prepare for the performance of everyday service and combat tasks both in the places of deployment of their units and in area of the operation of the Joint Forces”, — said the head of the meeting, deputy head of the Northern Kyiv Territorial Department, Colonel Roman Leonovich.
Young officers will get acquainted with the requirements of the main documents that are guided in their service and combat activities in the areas of combat and special training, work with personnel, organization of rear, technical and medical support.
During this meeting, the basics and methods of training the personnel of the National Guard and the requirements of the legislation regarding the organization of this process will be outlined.
The smiles on the faces of the officers show that they are ready for future occupations. And later, returning to their units, they will pass on the experience gained during their training to their subordinates.
