Last week, the National Emergency Service rescued 38 people and eliminated 1,479 fires
During the past week (from 27.09 to 03.10) units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine carried out trips to carry out measures to prevent emergencies, respond promptly to events and eliminate their consequences, extinguish fires, carry out other rescue measures.
2,056 emergency events were registered, to which the emergency services units responded to with their departure to the place of their occurrence. As a result of the measures taken, 38 people were saved.
1,479 fires were eliminated, 24 people were saved from the fires and 393 buildings and 52 units of equipment were not destroyed by fire. 29 people died in the fires, estimated damages, according to operational data, amount to 6 million 53 thousand UAH.
Pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service carried out 451 sorties, during which 2,575 explosive objects were discovered, seized and destroyed.
12 people died in water bodies.
