Last week, the units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine rescued 66 people and eliminated 2,346 fires
During the past week, units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine made trips to carry out emergency prevention measures, prompt response to incidents and eliminate their consequences, extinguish fires, and carry out other rescue measures.
Since the beginning of the week, 2 thousand 873 emergency events have been registered, to which the response of the units of the State Emergency Service has been ensured with their departure to the place of their occurrence. As a result of the measures taken, 66 people were saved.
2 thousand 346 fires were eliminated, 50 people were saved from fires and 468 buildings and 54 vehicles were not destroyed by fire. 15 people died in the fires, estimated losses, according to operational data, amount to 4 million 464 thousand UAH.
During the week, the pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service carried out 348 sorties, during which 2 thousand 110 explosive objects were detected, seized and destroyed.
During the week, 9 people died in water bodies.
