Migration Service Continues to Detect Unsettled Migrants in Capital Markets
Today, July 1, 2021, during a joint raid of employees of the Central Interregional Directorate of the State Security Service of Ukraine in the city. In Kyiv and Kiev region and employees of the National Police at the market in the Desnyansky district of the capital, foreigners were found in Ukraine in violation of migration legislation. Unsettled migrants were citizens of Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and Georgia.
Two persons were placed at the point of temporary stay of foreigners and stateless persons for the purpose of identity identification. Administrative protocols were drawn up for 12 violators under Art. 203 KUPap “Violation by foreigners and stateless persons of the rules of stay in Ukraine and transit passage through the territory of Ukraine”, they will have to pay fines”.
Such preventive studies of places of presumed stay of foreigners with unsettled status are systemic in nature. Therefore, we draw the attention of the guests of our country to the need to travel outside Ukraine within the established deadlines or timely execution of documents giving the right to stay in Ukraine.
