Kyiv Migration Service found 22 illegal migrants at one of the capital's enterprises
On September 2, in Kyiv, employees of the Metropolitan Department of Migration Control of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine identified 22 persons who were in Ukraine without proper grounds and worked without appropriate permits. They were citizens of Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Azerbaijan.
Violators are brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Art. 203 KUPap “Violation by foreigners and stateless persons of the rules of stay in Ukraine and transit passage through the territory of Ukraine”, they will have to pay fines. For 16 of them, a decision was made to forcibly return to the country of origin with a ban on further entry into Ukraine. Three other persons have been placed in the Temporary Residence Point of Foreigners and Stateless Persons. They will soon be expelled from Ukraine.
Information concerning violation of the employment procedure of foreigners has been transferred to the State Labor Service of Ukraine, further checks are carried out.
