The SNSS plane transported a 3-year-old child from Zaporozhye to Kiev
Today, May 30, a 3-year-old girl was transported from the KNP “Zaporizhzhya Regional Clinical Children's Hospital” to the National Specialized Children's Hospital “Okhmadit” in the capital.
The child was diagnosed with severe acute respiratory distress syndrome with total lung damage that does not perform its function.
Currently, doctors, using extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, artificially saturate the blood with oxygen outside the body.
This system of artificial circulation was brought from the capital the day before.
It was decided to transport the child from Zaporizhia on board a sanaviator after consulting specialists who also arrived from Kiev.
In the future, the capital's doctors will deal with its treatment.
