In just one day, a police helicopter delivered two stroke patients to Lviv
Specialists of the Aviation Support Center of the National Police of Ukraine and the Lviv Regional Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine took part in the rescue missions. So, today, December 20, the helicopter of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Airbus Helicopters H-145 transported a 57-year-old patient with acute cerebral stroke from the city of Brody to the Lviv Emergency Medical Hospital.
After that, the helicopter immediately flew to another call to the city of Zolochiv, where it picked up a 63-year-old man who had a stroke from the clinic and promptly transported him to a hospital in Lviv.

It should be recalled that the aeromedical evacuation is carried out within the framework of a joint project of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. During the half-year of the initiative, the sanavionics of the Ministry of Internal Affairs carried out more than 40 rescue missions in Lviv region.
A police helicopter transports patients in critical condition, as well as those seriously injured as a result of accidents or accidents, to medical facilities.
