“Criminal authority” from the sanctions list of the National Security Council was forcibly returned to the country of origin
The 41-year-old was the leader of an ethnic group in the status of a subject of increased criminal influence.
A citizen of Armenia came under sanctions imposed on subjects of increased criminal influence by the decision of the National Security and Defense Council in May this year.
In July 2021, the police already detained and, together with the migration service, expelled the so-called “criminal authority” outside the country. Instead, the man illegally returned to Ukraine and hid in Odessa without proper paperwork. Yesterday, December 16, the man was detained.
Today, December 17, employees of the Strategic Investigation Department in the Odessa region of the National Police, together with the employees of the migration service, in order to implement the decision of the National Security Council and in order to prevent the spread of criminal influence, forcibly returned a 41-year-old foreigner to his country of origin.
