Offenders on the Internet advertised services for the production of fake medical documentation without undergoing laboratory tests and vaccinations. The defendants acted on behalf of a well-known Ukrainian clinic.

A 24-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman created a chatbot in an instant messenger, where they accepted orders for the production of fake medical records. Without undergoing laboratory tests, citizens were offered PCR tests with a negative result for COVID-19, as well as international vaccination certificates. PCR tests were sold for 600 hryvnias, and the vaccination certificate cost 1200 hryvnias.
In their activities, the offenders used fake seals and the logo of a famous Ukrainian clinic. According to preliminary estimates, the couple managed to produce about 200 fake medical documents.
In the residence of the defendants and in their car, law enforcement officers conducted searches with the involvement of the special purpose police regiment No. 1. According to the results, laptops, mobile phones, bank cards, as well as forms for PCR tests for coronavirus were seized. As a result of the inspection of the seized equipment, correspondence about the order of pseudo-certificates was found and the forms for their manufacture were found.
