Cyber police have exposed two women in Kyiv of corrupting their own children and creating pornography with their participation
Girls aged 6 and 9 years were affected by the illegal actions of the participants. The offender is detained, they are threatened with up to ten years in prison.
The criminal offense was exposed by employees of the Cyber Police Department together with the Kyiv Police Investigative Department.
Two unrelated residents of the capital corrupted their young daughters and produced illegal content with their participation.
Photo and video materials of a pornographic nature were sold on the Internet, the cost of one amounted to 2 thousand hryvnias. Children 6 and 9 years old are affected by illegal actions.
In the homes of the offenders, law enforcement officers conducted searches with the involvement of a forensic expert of the State Research Expert and Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. More than 1000 files of illegal content involving children were found on computer equipment and phones of attackers.
Both women were detained under the order of Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. The affected children are placed in social centers for the duration of the investigative actions.
Malefactors are notified of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 156 (Corruption of minors), part 4 of Art. 301 (Import, manufacture, sale and distribution of pornographic items) (as amended before the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine No. 1256-IX of 18.02.2021 on the implementation of the Lanzarote Convention), Part 1 of Art. 301-1 (Obtaining access to child pornography, its acquisition, storage, production, sale and distribution) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Suspects can face up to ten years in prison.
One defendant has chosen a precautionary measure — detention without the alternative of posting bail. The issue of choosing a preventive measure for another attacker is being resolved. Investigative actions are ongoing.
