Guard sappers improve their skills during practical training
Three days of practical training in the field were held at the training ground of the Training Center, during which the representatives of the UNIFIER operation and the engineers of the Vasily Vyshyvani Training Center in Zolochiv carried out practical subversive works.
Future sappers practically used combat explosives and explosive devices during the work in a fire and electric manner.
“Qualified sappers are indispensable specialists in difficult times for our country. After all, they are always ahead of the first, risking their lives, carrying out engineering support measures, devaluing and neutralizing a huge number of explosive objects. Practical classes are an opportunity for each cadet to improve their professional skills and consolidate the knowledge gained,” commented the soldier Oleksiy Todersko.
Recall that on March 23, the course “Saper” began on the basis of the Educational Center of NGU. Level 1”, during which servicemen master the basics of engineering and sapper business within two months. The program was developed by a joint working group with the participation of foreign colleagues from the UNIFIER operation and specialists — engineers of the National Guard of Ukraine.
