According to the UkrHydrometcentrum, on December 3 in the Transcarpathian, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk regions significant snow, sticking of wet snow, blizzards, ice on the roads (I level of danger, yellow).
In the Carpathians - heavy snow (II level of danger, orange).
Weather conditions can lead to disruption (in the Carpathians — in some places to termination) of traffic on roads and streets.
