By decision of the Joint Forces Operation Commander, all checkpoints are open for passage through the demarcation line. Checkpoints operate daily from 08.00 to 16.00. However, traffic in most humanitarian road corridors is blocked from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.

In front of the checkpoint “Novotroitske”, the occupiers unblock the movement, only for individual citizens, twice a week — on Mondays and Fridays. During these days, 305 people and 47 vehicles crossed the demarcation line at the checkpoint to the temporarily occupied part of Donetsk region, while 436 people and 70 vehicles passed through the territory controlled by Ukrainian authorities.

Of the seven open checkpoints, a full pass is carried out only in “Stanytsya Luhanska”. Passenger traffic there increased by 15% compared to last week. In total, 6,684 people passed through this road corridor to the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine in a week, and 7,321 people entered the controlled territory.

In addition, Russian mercenaries did not allow 30 people into the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, border guards ensured their return to the controlled territory.

Also, the border guards found 5 citizens who were heading to the controlled territory on partially forged documents. Notices are sent to the National Police on the detection of signs of criminal offenses.

Six trucks with humanitarian cargo passed through the checkpoints “Novotroitske” and “Schastya”. The International Committee of the Red Cross and the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees delivered construction materials, medical equipment and medical supplies to the population of the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. The total weight of humanitarian aid was about 71.1 tons.

We remind you that in accordance with the order of the commander of the United Forces, quarantine restrictions have been extended at the checkpoints. A prerequisite is the passage of temperature screening and staying in the checkpoint in a protective mask (respirator) with observance of social distancing.

Citizens of Ukraine who wish to vaccinate against COVID-19 in the territory where state authorities exercise their powers in full will be allowed without self-isolation, subject to presentation of an invitation for vaccination with a unique identifier.

Citizens of Ukraine who are subject to self-isolation while following the controlled territory are obliged to install and activate the mobile application of the Vdoma system. If it is not possible to install a mobile application, they are subject to observation. And foreigners, when crossing the demarcation line, in addition, must have an insurance policy.
