Compliance with quarantine restrictions: law enforcement officers compiled more than 900 administrative protocols for violations during passenger transportation
Since October 21, the bodies of the National Police of Ukraine have conducted more than 117,000 inspections of regular and irregular passenger traffic. In particular, attention was paid to the availability of vaccination documents, relevant certificate or negative test for COVID-19 by PCR or express antigen test for COVID-19 by PCR or express test for antigen.
Checks were carried out on motor transport - 98 419; at railway stations - 17 968; on air transport - 879.
According to the detected violations, 925 administrative protocols were compiled.
In addition, during inspections, the police discovered 1,052 facts of illegal transportation. Therefore, a total of 1417 relevant protocols were compiled — 686 protocols under Art. 164 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and 731 — under Art. 140 kUPap.
At the same time, during the last week, the police compiled 1,286 administrative protocols for part 4 of the article. 44-3 (Violation of the rules on quarantine of people) KUPap. Since the beginning of quarantine, 118 453 administrative protocols have been compiled.
Decisions under Part 2 of Art. 44-3 - 10,742. Since the beginning of the quarantine there have been 472,283 decisions.
