Compliance with quarantine restrictions: law enforcement officers compiled 1100 administrative protocols for violations during passenger transportation
Since October 21, employees of the National Police of Ukraine have conducted almost 141,000 inspections of regular and irregular passenger traffic. More than 11,000 of them last week. In particular, attention was paid to the availability of vaccination documents, relevant certificate or negative test for COVID-19 by PCR or express antigen test for COVID-19 by PCR or express test for antigen.
Checks were carried out on motor transport - 118 216; at railway stations - 21 686; on air transport - 966. According to the detected violations, 1111 administrative protocols were compiled.
In addition, during the inspections, the police discovered 1293 facts of illegal transportation. Therefore, a total of 1734 relevant protocols were drawn up — 851 protocols under Art. 164 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and 883 — under Art. 140 kUPap.
At the same time, during the last week, from December 13 to 19, the police compiled 1,377 administrative protocols under Part 1 of Art. 44-3 (Violation of the rules on quarantine of people) KUPap. In total, 121,139 administrative protocols have been compiled since the beginning of quarantine. Decisions under Part 2 of Art. 44—3 — 9,839. In total, 491,558 decisions have been made since the beginning of quarantine.
