1400 young men of spring conscription were called to the ranks of border guards
Almost 1400 young men of spring conscription were called to the ranks of the State Border Guard Service for conscription, which is more than 50% of the total plan. The call continues. Recall that during April-June 2021, 2500 people from 23 regions of Ukraine and the city should be called to the ranks of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. Kiev.
Of these, 40 men have already been selected for service in the Maritime Guard of the State Border Guard Service, who are being trained at the Training Center of the Maritime Guard, in Izmail, Odessa region.
Young recruits continue to be accepted in departmental training centers in Cherkasy region (Main center for training personnel of the State Border Guard Service named after Major General Igor Momot) and in Lviv region (Kennel Training Center, located in the city. Great Bridges).
Before being assigned to border guard units, recruits undergo initial training, which lasts from one to three months, depending on the specialty. Soldiers of military service study frontier disciplines, advanced experience, improve physical, and undergo fire and tactical training.
It should be noted that men who are fit for military service for health reasons, citizens of Ukraine who turned 18 before the day of departure to the military, and older citizens who have not reached the age of 27 and are not entitled to release or delay from conscription are subject to conscription.
Young people who received a master's degree before conscription will serve up to 12 months, others - up to 18 months. Also note that military personnel will not be involved in the service in the Joint Forces.
The number of Ukrainian citizens subject to conscription from the regions and cities of Kyiv, determined by the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 24, 2021 No. 230-r “On approval of the number of Ukrainian citizens subject to conscription, the amount of expenses for conscription in April June-June 2021”.
Along with the conscription, the dismissal of conscript servicemen who have served the established terms continues.
We will also note that as part of the fight against the spread of COVID-19, servicemen are also vaccinated against this disease.
So, recently more than 100 servicemen of the conscript military service who are being trained at the Kenology Training Center in Lviv region received vaccination against coronavirus.
