DMS: 13 illegal migrants from Uzbekistan were found at the construction of residential complex in the capital
In order to identify foreigners who are on the territory of Ukraine without proper grounds, comprehensive inspections of places of their probable stay are carried out in Kyiv: markets, hostels, catering establishments, construction facilities, etc.
While working as employees of the Department of Migration Control, Countering Illegal Migration and Readmission of the Central Interregional Department of the State Health Service in the city. In Kyiv and the Kiev region of the Shevchenko district of the capital, 13 citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan illegally residing in Ukraine were found on the territory of the construction of a residential complex.
All violators of migration legislation are brought to administrative responsibility under Art. 203 KUPap “Violation by foreigners and stateless persons of the rules of stay in Ukraine and transit passage through the territory of Ukraine”, they will have to pay fines. For 9 foreigners, a decision was made to forcibly return to their country of origin, within a month they must leave Ukraine.
We remind you that not only citizens of other countries who neglected the rules of stay in Ukraine, but also our compatriots who violated the rules of employment, admission to study, accommodation to foreigners and their registration are subject to prosecution for violation of the legislation on the legal status of foreigners and stateless persons.
