Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Denys Monastyrskiy met with U.S. Charge d'Affaires a.i. Kristina A. Kvien.
They discussed issues of cooperation, as well as the possibility of strengthening cooperation in view of new threats to Ukraine.
“The issue of strengthening state border security has been on the agenda of our meetings before, but today the issue is urgent and requires increased attention,” - Denys Monastyrskiy said.
In turn, Kristina A. Kvien assured of the United States' readiness to continue supporting the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the event of an aggravation of the situation on the borders of Ukraine.
