Chernihiv guards monitor security at Ukrainian-Belarusian border
Guards of military unit 3082 continue to work out measures to interact with other law enforcement agencies during the protection of the state border.
Recently, on the border of Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus in the area of the checkpoint “Novi Yarylovychi”, servicemen together with the National Police, personnel of the State Border Service, the State Emergency Service and other reserves, as one team brilliantly performed the task of preventing mass traffic the state border and the detention of migrants already on the territory of our state.
“According to the scenario, after stopping migrants at the checkpoint, we receive information about a large group of people who illegally crossed the state border and moved through ordinary territory. Thanks to well-established interaction between all participants of the exercises, the border violators were detained and transferred to the State Migration Service,” said the deputy commander of the unit Ivan Kuksenko.
During joint exercises, participants improve the quality of combat tasks and increase the level of interaction between units, which in turn ensures the readiness of personnel to protect the state border.
