Blockposts, armored vehicles and reinforced security: Large-scale training is taking place in the capital
An active phase of command and staff exercises with the involvement of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Guard of Ukraine began in Kyiv.
At some entrances to the capital, National Guard checkpoints with the involvement of personnel, armored vehicles and canine calculations are exhibited. The command command post is deployed, which is in a unified communication system with the management bodies of all components of the security and defense sector of Ukraine involved in the exercises.
The exercises include combat tasks, protection of critical facilities, ensuring the reliable functioning of state authorities and local self-government, maintaining law order and security in the capital, including with the participation of the Metropolitan Brigade for the Protection of Public Order of the National Guard of Ukraine.
In general, the training will last until August 13. They are conducted in order to implement the state policy, which is aimed at the security and protection of the population and territories of Ukraine.
