Cars from the Pridnestrovsky region of Moldova without agreed or neutral numbers are prohibited from moving to Ukraine.
According to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the note of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine from September 1, only those vehicles from the Pridnestrovsky region will be allowed to participate in international traffic Publications of Moldova, which will have registration plates of the agreed model, so-called neutral numbers, together with other vehicles registered under the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
Vehicles from the Pridnestrovsky region of the Republic of Moldova with other registration numbers will be prohibited from moving across the state border to enter Ukraine and/or transit movement of mechanical vehicles through the territory of Ukraine.
In addition, the State Border Service of Ukraine has clarified all issues of interaction with the units of the State Customs Service of Ukraine regarding the procedure for refusing to pass these vehicles and the units of the National Police of Ukraine on the procedure for detecting such vehicles within the controlled border areas.
Information about these changes along the line of the border representative apparatus was proved to the Moldovan side.
We will also note that the procedure for accounting, registration and declaration of vehicles moving across the state border is regulated by the customs legislation of Ukraine.
