Anton Gulydina appointed advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine
Anton Gulydina was appointed as an advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
Anton Gulidin is a member of the Council of Barrierlessness, secretary of the public organization “Public Movement “Social Unity”. For the past few years, together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he has been working on the implementation of a barrier-free strategy in law enforcement agencies. Participated in the launch of pilot projects and innovative technologies for people with hearing impairment, namely:
- Application “PJM Translator”, which helps deaf and hard of hearing people to make a voiceless call to the “101” and “102” emergency service around the clock;
- Pilot project that allows people with hearing impairments to contact the official websites of the National Police of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine; Widget on sites where citizens can ask questions online and make a phone call;
- Software installed on tablets of Kiev crews of patrol police, which carries out round-the-clock online sign language translation;
- Tablets in service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kiev, Odessa, Lviv, Dnipro, Kharkiv for quick video communication with sign language interpreters;
- Access to the services of sign language interpreters in border control areas.
Anton Gulydin will coordinate the work on protecting citizens' interests on social issues and barrier-free.
