The man was stopped on Kalantaevskaya Street in clothes depicting communist symbols.
Now he gives an explanation about this in the police department. The issue of entering information into the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations under Article 436-1 (Manufacture, distribution of communist, Nazi symbols and propaganda of communist and national-socialist (Nazi) totalitarian regimes) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is resolved.
