The National Guard and the State Border Service of Ukraine will receive financial aid from the United States

This statement was made by US Vice President Joseph Biden during a meeting with participation of US Secretary of State John Kerry with President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.
Thus, according to him, the US is ready to allocate an additional 335 million US dollars for the reform of Ukraine's security sector, in particular of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, National Guard and the State Border Service.
The parties agreed on further development of strategic partnership between Ukraine and the United States, which will be facilitated by the visit of US Secretary of State John Kerry to Ukraine in the near future.
