Dnipro meets the updated Service Center of Ministry of Interior (PHOTO, VIDEO)

On 1st of November, a project of the Ministry of Interior of Ukraine and the Dnipro City Council started. Citizens of Dnipro will now receive services from the Ministry of Interior and the Center Of Providing Administrative Services in one room  at the Slobozhanska avenue, 31D. The opening was attended by Interior Minister Arsen Avakov, Head of the Service Center of Ministry of Interior Vladyslav Krickliy and Mayor of Dnipro Boris Filatov.

“Dnipro became the second city after Kyiv where the updated service center of Ministry of Interior was opened. Today we have taken another step towards reform. Our goal is to provide modern high quality service without corruption: public offices, maximum usage of online services and client feedback”– the Minister of Interior Arsen Avakov said. According to him, there would be five new service centers MIA opened in November, whose work will minimize corruption and significantly reduce the time for services.

The main advantage of the updated service center of MIA is modern technology, electronic queue system, transparent offices and client-oriented employees. The service center will provide paid and free services that are in the responsibility of Ministry of Interior, like distribution and exchange of driving licenses, registration and re-registration of vehicles, vehicle registration plates.

“We are launching a pilot project of assessing the quality of service centers employees that will help us to track the performance of staff and calculate KPI. We also will introduce a system of information boxes where you can find useful information about the services”, – Head of the Service Center of Ministry of Interior Vladyslav Krickliy said.

In Center Of Providing Administrative Services you can also register land, obtain an extract from the Public-Land Registry and register rights on immovable property, declarations in city planning and other administrative services.

“This is the important event for Dnipro. We have made every effort to make service comfortable to citizens. The city is changing now. Transparency in interaction of citizens with government is our main priority. This is a completely new approach of providing administrative services", – Mayor of Dnipro Boris Filatov. He also emphasized that the updated service center is a successful modern project modern which makes a large number of popular services accessible to the public.
