British Embassy in Ukraine and Ukrainian National Guard kick off cooperation (PHOTOS)
The representatives of the British Embassy in Ukraine and Ukrainian National Guard held a working meeting to discuss future cooperation.
“The members of the delegation are going to learn about the activities and structure of the National Guard to develop bilateral relations”, said Karen McTear, the Defence Attaché of the British Embassy in Ukraine Captain 1st Rank Royal Navy.
Currently the UK provides sufficient assistance to Ukrainian military in logistics and reforming, particularly Mr. Phil Jones, British Special Advisor to the Minister of Defence of Ukraine is currently working in the Ukrainian Defense Ministry. The areas for cooperation with the Ukrainian National Guard will be jointly identified and accompanied by necessary benchmarks during the upcoming meetings.
