34 thousand fines and deprivation of the right to work per year, for the first time the court sentenced a doctor for falsifying vaccination certificates

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, the court for the first time passed a verdict on a doctor in a case of forgery of a certificate of vaccination against COVID-19. He was sentenced to a fine of more than 30 thousand hryvnias and deprived of the right to work in his specialty for one year. This was stated by the head of the National Police of Ukraine Igor Klymenko during the selection meeting on combating the COVID-19 pandemic.

“There is already the first court decision to levy a fine in the amount of 34 thousand hryvnias from a doctor from Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk region and deprivation of the right to work in his specialty for one year,” he noted.

The head of the department added that now the police pay special attention in the fight against falsification of certificates related to COVID-19 testing and vaccination certificates. As he noted, in the past week alone, 13 searches were carried out and 12 criminal proceedings were initiated, for the fact of forgery of these documents.

Recall: Since the beginning of the year, the police have opened 350 criminal proceedings for falsifying the results of PCR tests
