On Thursday, December 12, the National Academy of Internal Affairs will host the IV International Scientific and Practical Conference on “Implementation of State Anti-Corruption Policy in the International Dimension”, dedicated to the International Day Against Corruption.
The event is organized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the National Academy of Internal Affairs, the EU Advisory Mission to Ukraine, the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, the CSC “Center for Prevention and Counteraction of Corruption”.
About 300 representatives of various fields of activity, international experts, public sector managers and the public will take part in the work. Among the speakers are Deputy Head of the Consultative Mission of the European Union to Ukraine Frederick Weslau, President of the National Academy of Legal Sciences Oleksandr Petryshyn, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Law Enforcement Activities Denis Monastyrsky, Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Prevention anti-corruption and anti-corruption Galina Yanchenko, head of the Public Council under the Ministry of Internal Affairs Volodymyr Martynenko.
The event will summarize the 3 stages of the conference, which were held in Dnipro, Lviv and Kharkiv, each of which took place in the form of an international scientific-practical conference and 10 anti-corruption roundtables that took place during the year.
