We are looking for a sociable, emotionally resilient person whose tasks include working with citizen appeals related to the social protection of war veterans and their family members.

Basic requirements:

• fluency in the state language;
• higher education;
• receive and process calls coming to the telephone “hotline” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
• knowledge of legislation on social protection, provision of benefits and guarantees to war veterans and members of their families;
• diction, literacy and the ability to clearly explain their thoughts;
• ability to communicate and interact with this category of persons;
• patience, ability to perform routine work and perseverance;
• to assist citizens in the formation of the content of the appeal, the appropriate
• processing of applications and sending electronic registration cards of appeals in electronic or paper form using EIS resources to the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
• emotional stability and the ability to quickly navigate in difficult and unexpected situations;
• compliance with the rules of business communication.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 — 18:00.

Salary: 14,000 — 16,000.
