On the approval of sectoral building codes of the GBN V.2.2-00032684-001:202 “Objects for the maintenance (placement, placement) of persons”

In accordance with paragraph 1 of the first part of Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On Construction Norms”, the Procedure for Development, Approval, Approval, Registration, Amendments to Building Regulations and Recognizing Them as Invalid, Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 30, 2023 No. 543, paragraph 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 878 of October 28, 2015, in order to establish mandatory requirements for the design, construction and operation of facilities for maintenance (placement, placement) of persons by order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 29, 2023 No. 1091 approved sectoral building codes of the National Civil Service of Ukraine V.2.2-00032684-001:202 “Objects for the maintenance (accommodation, placement) of persons” (hereinafter — the order).

In accordance with paragraph 3 of the order, sectoral building codes of the National Administrative Code V.2.2-00032684-001:202 “Objects for the maintenance (accommodation, placement) of persons” enter into force 90 days from the date of their registration and publication on the portal of the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction.

The Ministry of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine by letter dated March 27, 2024 № 5547/26/10-24 announced that the sectoral building codes of the National Civil Service of Ukraine V.2.2-00032684-001:202 “Objects for the maintenance (accommodation, placement) of persons” in the manner prescribed by law are registered in the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction under the number BN 01:0885-4300 -5606-0742 and published on its portal on January 29, 2024 (access mode: https://e-construction.gov.ua/Home/Register of construction activities/Legislation and regulations /Sectoral building codes).

OBJECTS FOR THE MAINTENANCE (PLACEMENT, PLACEMENT) OF PERSONS GBN V.2.2- 00032684-001:2023
