On the complete cancellation of licenses for the conduct of economic activities

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the application of an individual — entrepreneur SILKINA TATYANA ANATOLIIVNA

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the licenses of the AE series No. 292955 for the conduct of economic activities in the trade of non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, series AE No. 292956 - for special sale means charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated October 31, 2014 No. 1169 to an individual — entrepreneur SILKINII TATYANI ANATOLIIVNI (place of residence: Krasnosilskogo street, house 73 A, apartment 92, Chernihiv city, Chernihiv region, 14000, registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2652520166). 2.

Department of Communications (Andreev D.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.
