In accordance with the eighth part of Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Narrow the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “BERKUT” (identification code 35809106; location: Dmytro Yavornytsky Avenue, house 34, Dnipro city, 49044) conducting business activities for repairing non-military firearms, trade in non-military firearms, accessories for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; production of special means of active defense, sale of special equipment loaded with substances tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense to the type of economic activity with trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment, charged with substances of tearing and irritating action, personal protection, active defense. Place of activity at the address: Dmitry Yavornytsky Avenue, house 34, Dnipro city.

2. Department of Communications (Andreev D.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.
