On the approval of the Annual Plan of Implementation of State
Supervision (Control) Measures by the Ministry of
Internal Affairs of Ukraine for 2023

In accordance with Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Basic Principles of State Supervision (Control) in the Sphere of Economic Activity”, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”, to comply with the Requirements for preparation of annual and comprehensive plans for the implementation of state supervision (control) measures, amendments to them and a report on their implementation, approved by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine and of the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine dated August 07, 2017 № 1170/81,

I ORDER:

1. To approve the Annual Plan of Implementation of State Supervision (Control) Measures by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the Plan), which is attached. 2.

To the Licensing Administration (Chubayevsky V.) to ensure the organization and implementation of state supervision (control) measures in accordance with the Plan. 3.

Department of Communications (Andreev D.) to ensure the posting and publication of this order on the official web portal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. 4.

I reserve control over the execution of this order.
