On refusal to issue a license to conduct scientific activities

The limited liability company “EUROVENT PLUS” (hereinafter referred to as the license applicant) applied to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine with an application for obtaining a license to conduct a type of business activity. Based on the results of consideration of the application, it was established that there were grounds for refusing to issue it, namely, inaccurate data were revealed in the supporting documents submitted. license applicant.

In accordance with the first paragraph of the first part of Article 90 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, a legal entity must have its own name, which

contains information about its organizational and legal form and name, and according to the second paragraph of paragraph 1 of the second part of Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, the application for obtaining a license must contain the full name of the license applicant —— a legal entity.

However, the name of the license applicant specified in the application on obtaining a license that does not correspond to the name of a legal entity contained in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations, which is confirmed by an extract from of this register.

Discrepancies in the name of the license applicant are also found in the information about the places of conducting business activities and the availability of places of conducting business activities for low-mobility groups of the population. In

addition, the permit for opening the object of the permit system does not indicate the type of object, namely a store for the sale of firearms for non-military purposes, etc. accessories to it, special means. In accordance with paragraph 2 of part three of Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On

licensing of economic activities”

I ORDER:

1. Refuse to issue a license to conduct economic activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special tools charged with tear grinding substances and irritable action, personal protection, active defense to the limited liability company “EUROVENT PLUS” (identification code xxxxxx; location: xxxxxxx street, city xxxxxx; statement dated October 26, 2022 № 60347) .

2. Department of Communications (Andreev D.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.
