I ORDER: 1.
To completely cancel the license to carry out economic activities for the repair of non-military firearms, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated July 15, 2021 No. 456 to an individual - entrepreneur CHERNETSI ALEXEY VOLODYMYROVYCH (place of residence: Sichovykh Striltsiv Street, house 6 B, apartment 45, city of Stryi, Lviv region, 82400, registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2686819430). 2.
Department of Communications (Andreev D.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.
3. The licensing department (Chubayevsky V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
