On the complete cancellation of the license for the provision of property and citizen protection services

In accordance with paragraph 8 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act of March 25, 2022 No. 24/3-11 on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license of AB series No. 582433 for the provision of property and citizen protection services issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated July 13, 2011 No. 423 to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY ENTERPRISE “FORT” (identification code 32081955, location: st. Prashivska-Bichna, 6, m. Mukachevo, Zakarpatska region, 89600). 2.

The Department of Communications (Andreev D.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day following the decision on the day of the day. 3.

The licensing department (Chubayevsky V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
