On the settlement of the size and procedure for payment
of apostille affixing services

In accordance with paragraph 4 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 27, 2022 No. 631 “On Amendments to Paragraph 1 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2003 No. 61”, in order to regulate the amount and procedure for payment of apostille affixing services by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the State Migration Service of Ukraine

I ORDER:

1. Establish a fee for the provision of apostille affixing services on official documents issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Migration Service of Ukraine, its territorial bodies and territorial units, except for documents related to the field of education and science and intended for use in the territory of other states, in the amount of 3 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens, which is charged before affixing the apostille.

2. Establish that persons who have the right to do so in accordance with the law are exempt from payment.

3. Department of Informatization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Mykhailov O.) submit this order for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the manner prescribed by law.

4th. This order comes into force from the day of its official publication.

5. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in accordance with the distribution of functional duties.
