The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine was applied to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine by the limited liability company “LUFA” (hereinafter — the license applicant) with an application for obtaining a license to conduct a type of business activity, according to the results of the consideration of which it was established that there are grounds for leaving it without consideration.
Thus, the application for obtaining a license by the license applicant indicates the type of business activities that do not comply with paragraph 11 of the first part of Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, In addition, on
violation of the requirements of the license conditions for the conduct of economic activities for the production and repair of non-military firearms and their ammunition, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, trade in non-military firearms and ammunition passages to it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; production of special devices charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense and their sale, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 02, 2015 No. 1000, the license applicant did not provide information about the place of economic activity (Appendix 11), availability of places of economic activity for low-mobility groups of the population (Appendix 13), certified by the head a copy of the document a document confirming the ownership or lease of premises for the conduct of the type of economic activity, as well as a description of the documents submitted for obtaining a license (Appendix 2).
It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by submitting an application indicating the type of business activity subject to licensing, as well as documents and annexes provided for by the License Terms. In accordance with paragraphs 1, 2 of part 2 of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”
I ORDER:
1. Leave without consideration the application dated December 08, 2022 No. 70500 of the Limited Liability Company “LUFA” (identification code xxxxxx; location: xxxxxxxx street, Lviv city, 79024) about obtaining a license.
2. Department of Communications (Andreev D.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.
3. The licensing department (Chubayevsky V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
