On the complete cancellation of licenses for the conduct of economic activities

In accordance with paragraph 4 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, in connection with the submission by Pyatnitskaya Svetlana Anatolyevna of a copy of the death certificate of an individual — entrepreneur Pyatnitsky Sergey Vladimirovich, as well as taking information from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities persons, individual entrepreneurs and public organizations about the termination of entrepreneurial activity

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the licenses of the AE series No. 186057 for the conduct of economic activities for the repair of non-military firearms, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; series AE № 186058 — for the sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated November 29 2012 No. 1099 to an individual — entrepreneur Pyatnitsky SERHIY VOLODYMYROVYCH (place of residence: Sumy region, 41600, registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments xxxxxx).

2. Department of Communications (Andreev D.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The licensing department (Chubayevsky V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
