On Approval of Information and Technology Cards of Administrative Services for Licensing of Business Activities by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

In accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Services” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 30, 2013 No. 44 “On approval of requirements for the preparation of a technological card of administrative service”,

I ORDER:

1. Approve the following attached:

1) Information card of the administrative service for the issuance of a license for the conduct of security activities;

2) Information card of the administrative service for re-registration of the license for the conduct of security activities;

3) Information card of the administrative service on the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities;

4) Technological card of the administrative service for the issuance of a license for the conduct of security activities;

5) Technological card of the administrative service for re-registration of the license for the conduct of security activities;

6) Technological card of the administrative service for the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities;

7) Information card of the administrative service for the issuance of a license for conducting economic activities for the production and repair of non-military firearms and ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, trade in firearms non-military use and its ammunition, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; production of special equipment loaded with substances tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense and their sale;

8) Information card of the administrative service for the renewal of a license for conducting business activities for the production and repair of non-military firearms and ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, trade in firearms non-military use and ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; production of special vehicles loaded with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense and their sale;

9) Information card of the administrative service on the expansion of the type of economic activity for the production and repair of non-military firearms and their ammunition, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, trade in non-military firearms purpose and ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; production of special equipment loaded with substances tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense and their sale;

10) Information card of the administrative service on the narrowing of the type of economic activity on the production and repair of non-military firearms and their ammunition, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, trade in non-military firearms purpose and ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; production of special equipment loaded with substances tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense and their sale;

11) Information card of the administrative service on the cancellation of the license for the conduct of economic activities for the production and repair of non-military firearms and their ammunition, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, trade in firearms non-military use and ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; production of special vehicles loaded with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense and their sale;

15) Technological card of the administrative service for the narrowing of the type of economic activity for the production and repair of non-military firearms and their ammunition, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, trade in non-military firearms purpose and ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; production of special equipment loaded with substances tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense and their sale;

16) Technological card of the administrative service for the cancellation of the license for the conduct of economic activities for the production and repair of non-military firearms and their ammunition, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, trade in firearms non-military use and ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; production of special vehicles loaded with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense and their sale.

2. Establish that for the period of validity of the legal regime of martial law, the deadlines provided for by the information and technological cards of administrative services for the licensing of types of economic activities by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine are applied taking into account the provisions of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated February 28, 2022 No. 165 “On stopping the deadlines for the provision of administrative services and issuing documents of a permissive nature.”

3. Department of Communications of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Andreev D.) ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

4. To recognize as invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of August 01, 2017 No. 666 “On approval of information and technological cards of administrative services provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”.

5. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine B. Drapyaty.
