In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. According to the information submitted by the individual — entrepreneur ANDRUSENKO YURIY ANATOLIYOVICH (registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments XXXXXX; place of residence: Poltava region, 37502), note the shop and workshop at the address: Poltava region, — place conducting economic activities for the repair of non-military firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, trade in firearms to non-military purpose, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense.

2. Department of Communications (Andreev D.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.
