On the complete cancellation of the license for the conduct of the type of economic activity

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the application of an individual — entrepreneur KOZYARCHUK VYACHESLAV VOLODYMYROVICH dated October 15, 2022 No. 57726 on the cancellation of the license in full

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the licenses of AB series No. 601581 for the conduct of economic activities with trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; AB series No. 601582 for the conduct of economic activities activities for the sale of special means charged with substances of tearing and irritating action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated August 15, 2012 No. 707 natural person — entrepreneur VIACHESLAV VOLODYMYROVICH KOZIARCHUK (place of residence: city of Rivne, 33024; registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments XXXXXX).

2. Department of Communications (Andreev D.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The licensing department (Chubayevsky V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
