In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. According to the information submitted by an individual — entrepreneur PIATNITSKA YANA VIKTORIVNA (registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments XXXXXX; place of residence: Sumy region, 41600), consider the store at the address: Sumy region, — place of business activity in the trade of fire non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of a caliber exceeding 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense.

2. Department of Communications (Andreev D.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The licensing department (Chubayevsky V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
