On approval of the Procedure for conducting medical (medical) examination of candidates for service and persons of the ordinary and senior staff of the State Bureau of Investigation, including persons dismissed from service in the State Bureau of Investigation, in health institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

In accordance with part of the third article 14 and part of the second article 19 of the Law of Ukraine “On the State Bureau of Investigation”, article 95 of the Law of Ukraine “On the National Police”, paragraph 39 of section I of the List of paid services provided in state and municipal health institutions and higher medical educational institutions, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 17, 1996 No. 1138, in order to resolve issues regarding the organization of medical (medical) examination of candidates for the service and persons of the civil and managerial staff of the State Bureau of Investigation, including persons dismissed from service in the State Bureau of Investigation,

WE ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for conducting medical (medical) examination of candidates for service and persons of the ordinary and senior staff of the State Bureau of Investigation, including persons dismissed from service in the State Bureau of Investigation, in health institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, attached.
2. The Public and Media Department of the State Bureau of Investigation (Slobodyan O.), the Department of Communications of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Reva M.) publish this order on the official websites of the State Bureau of Investigation and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, respectively.
3. We reserve control over the execution of this order.
