About full license cancellation

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the Director of LLC “NVO “SEVERODONETSKY SKLOPLASTIK” about the cancellation of his own license

I ORDER:

1/ To completely cancel the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated October 22, 2019 No. 882 to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SCIENTIFIC AND PRODUCTION ASSOCIATION “SEVERODONETSKY FIBERPLASTIK” (location: st. Promyshlova, 14, m. Sieverodonetsk, Lugansk region, 93403; identification code 36221647).

2/ Department of Communications (Andreev D.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3/ Licensing Office (Chubayevsky V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
