In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the Director of the PRIVATE ENTERPRISE OF THE FIRM “IMBEKS” about the cancellation of its own license
I ORDER:
1. To completely cancel the license of the AE series No. 262781 for the provision of property and citizen protection services issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated June 06, 2013 No. 561 to IMBEKS PRIVATE ENTERPRISE (location: Rivne region, 34402; identification code XXXXXX).
2. Department of Communications (Andreev D.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.
3. The licensing department (Chubayevsky V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
