On the complete cancellation of the
license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the head of “UNIVERSAL-2015" LLC about the cancellation of his own license

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license of the AE series No. 526918 for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated March 05, 2015 No. 238 to UNIVERSAL-2015 LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (location: Karl Marx Street, building 33-A, Hadyach city, Hadyach district, Poly Tavsk region, 37300; identification code 31368724).

2. Department of Communications (Andreev D.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The licensing department (Chubayevsky V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
