On the cancellation of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated March 28, 2022 № 202

In accordance with the second part of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, to comply with the order of the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine of July 05, 2022 No. 17 “On Consideration of the Complaint”, issued as a result of the consideration of the complaint of LLC “SECURITY ENTERPRISE “FORT” dated April 15, 2022 No. 35 regarding the adoption by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the case of Ukraine Order of March 28, 2022 No. 202 “On the complete cancellation of the license for the provision of services for the protection of property and citizens” in part of the complete cancellation of the AB series license No. 582433 for the provision of services for the protection of property and citizens issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated July 13, 2011 No. 423,

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of March 28, 2022 No. 202 “On the complete cancellation of the license for the provision of services for the protection of property and citizens” as part of the complete cancellation of LLC “SECURITY ENTERPRISE “FORT” of the AB series license No. 582433 for the provision of property and citizen protection services.

2. Department of Communications (Andreev D.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. To the Licensing Office (Chubayevsky V.) to inform the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine about the decision made with the sending of the relevant extract and to ensure control over the execution of this order.
